Assessment
Map the work. Question the handoffs. Separate useful opportunities from unnecessary complexity.
The aim: a focused priority and a practical next step.
Quidni
Practical AI. Purposeful work.
Less copying, chasing, and piecing things together. Start with clear advice, then choose guided implementation or a fully managed AI workflow.
One useful first step. No pressure to buy a tool or implementation.

Before recommending technology, we look at the outcome you need, the steps getting in the way, and what your team can realistically maintain.
Map the work. Question the handoffs. Separate useful opportunities from unnecessary complexity.

Agree on one bounded workflow. Simplify it first, then build and test the right solution—with your team in the loop.
The aim: a tested workflow, clear ownership, and a usable handover.
Review what happens in practice. Handle exceptions, improve the setup, and help your people keep it useful.
The aim: a process that keeps working as your business changes.
A useful rule of thumb
Sometimes the answer is AI. Sometimes it’s a simpler form, a clearer process, or one fewer approval. We start with the business problem—not a preferred tool.
The three outcomes
Tools are only useful when they create a result your team can recognize and measure.
Capture, qualify, convert, retain, or expand more revenue.
Remove repetitive effort, waiting, handoffs, and re-entry.
Increase consistency, responsiveness, completeness, and customer experience.
Ways to work together
Choose an advisory path when you need priorities and internal capability. Choose a managed path when you want Quidni to own a recurring workflow.
Advise & enable
Fifteen focused minutes to identify one bottleneck and one practical tool or next action.
A 45–60 minute interview, followed by three to seven prioritized recommendations and an implementation sequence—typically delivered within 48 hours.
Done-with-you working sessions and bounded support to implement recommendations and build internal AI capability.
Build & operate
Map one recurring process, analyze recent work, identify leakage and define a safe pilot with clear controls.
A dedicated environment, one bounded workflow, shadow mode, human approvals, baseline measures and acceptance criteria.
Quidni operates a meaningful portion of an operational role with monitoring, human quality review and weekly reporting.
Multi-workflow managed AI departments generally begin at $13K–$25K+ per month. Final scope depends on volume, integrations, risk, operating hours and support.
Unsure where to begin? The complimentary mini assessment identifies the smallest useful next step: self-implementation, a $999 assessment, AI Concierge, a workflow audit, or no further engagement.

Think of one repetitive task your team handles. Use these four questions to find a sensible place to start.
No email required. No business details.
Your answers stay in this page unless you choose to email your results. Reloading clears them.
Or consider these questions: How often does the task repeat? Is the process clear? Is the information sensitive? Who will review the output? You can use the contact form below with JavaScript enabled.
Your starting point
A qualitative guide, not an audit, ROI estimate, or recommendation to buy a tool. A real assessment may lead to a different conclusion.
It applies a simple set of rules to the workflow you have in mind. Sensitive or uncertain information, or no reviewer, puts safeguards first. Otherwise, occasional or unclear work points to simplification. Recurring, consistent work with a reviewer points to a small supervised pilot. It does not predict savings or replace a detailed assessment.
The $999 AI Tools Assessment looks across several business bottlenecks and recommends three to seven practical tools or operating changes. The $2,000 Workflow Audit goes deeper into one recurring process using recent work, process interviews, risk controls and a proposed managed pilot.
No. Start with the task and the outcome you want. The assessment comes before tool selection. Existing tools or a non-AI solution may be a better fit.
The scorecard runs in your browser until you opt in to emailing results. Only then are your email and four answers submitted to generate your one-time email. The contact form submits the name, email, and message you choose to provide. Neither form subscribes you to marketing. Read about form processing and security verification.
The Mini Assessment is complimentary. The AI Tools Assessment is $999. AI Concierge starts at $1,500 per month. A Workflow Audit is $2,000; controlled pilots are typically $5,000–$10,000; and a Managed AI Operator starts at $8,000 per month. Final managed-workflow pricing depends on scope, volume, integrations, risk and service requirements.

Completing the scorecard does not send your answers anywhere. Sending either form is optional. When you agree and begin sending, Cloudflare Turnstile loads to check for abuse and may process device and network information. After verification, submit again to send your details through Cloudflare to Quidni and Resend. Your email provider also processes delivered mail.
This site does not use marketing analytics or save form details in browser storage. The application does not store messages or scorecard answers in a database. Enquiries remain in Quidni’s mailbox; email providers may retain message content and delivery records under their policies. Cloudflare may process hosting and security logs. Abuse prevention stores keyed hashes of IP and email addresses with request counts: limits expire within 24 hours, and expired records are deleted on a later verified submission.
