Before recommending technology, we look at the outcome you need, the steps getting in the way, and what your team can realistically maintain.
Map the work. Question the handoffs. Separate useful opportunities from unnecessary complexity.
The aim: a focused priority and a practical next step.
Agree on one bounded workflow. Simplify it first, then build and test the right solution—with your team in the loop.
The aim: a tested workflow, clear ownership, and a usable handover.
Review what happens in practice. Handle exceptions, improve the setup, and help your people keep it useful.
The aim: a process that keeps working as your business changes.
A useful rule of thumb
Sometimes the answer is AI. Sometimes it’s a simpler form, a clearer process, or one fewer approval. We start with the business problem—not a preferred tool.
02 / Find your starting point
Think of one repetitive task your team handles. Use these four questions to find a sensible place to start.
No email required. No business details.
Your answers stay in this page unless you choose to email your results. Reloading clears them.
Or consider these questions: How often does the task repeat? Is the process clear? Is the information sensitive? Who will review the output? You can use the contact form below with JavaScript enabled.
Your starting point
A qualitative guide, not an audit, ROI estimate, or recommendation to buy a tool. A real assessment may lead to a different conclusion.
It applies a simple set of rules to the workflow you have in mind. Sensitive or uncertain information, or no reviewer, puts safeguards first. Otherwise, occasional or unclear work points to simplification. Recurring, consistent work with a reviewer points to a small supervised pilot. It does not predict savings or replace a detailed assessment.
No. Start with the task and the outcome you want. The assessment comes before tool selection. Existing tools or a non-AI solution may be a better fit.
The scorecard runs in your browser until you opt in to emailing results. Only then are your email and four answers submitted to generate your one-time email. The contact form submits the name, email, and message you choose to provide. Neither form subscribes you to marketing. Read about form processing and security verification.
Scope, deliverables, responsibilities, and fees are agreed before work starts. The scorecard is free to use and creates no commitment.

Completing the scorecard does not send your answers anywhere. Sending either form is optional. When you agree and begin sending, Cloudflare Turnstile loads to check for abuse and may process device and network information. After verification, submit again to send your details through Cloudflare to Quidni and Resend. Your email provider also processes delivered mail.
This site does not use marketing analytics or save form details in browser storage. The application does not store messages or scorecard answers in a database. Enquiries remain in Quidni’s mailbox; email providers may retain message content and delivery records under their policies. Cloudflare may process hosting and security logs. Abuse prevention stores keyed hashes of IP and email addresses with request counts: limits expire within 24 hours, and expired records are deleted on a later verified submission. Ask about your details or request deletion using the contact form.
